I have had problems with registering a device, a maxisys ms906ts not reading vins or communicating with modules on asian vehicles and have submitted complaints as well as datalogging info errors but have not had a response

I bought it used and it belonged to and is currently registered to a mechanic that
recently passed away.I bought it from his parents that were handling his estate and
they knew nothing about his account info to unregister it

I have same problem it like this scanner is a pic of shit for 2000 grand. my old auto work perfect just didn't want to pay the 1000 upgrade
this scanner is making me look bad at work all the older one 3 at my job work well and cheaper ones!!!!!! all autel. also has problem getting into the wifi at work and everyone Elles goes right in with the same wifi
